Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Billing: Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service remain the property of Seodapop or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEODAPOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
