Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with Seodapop. If you are not, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.

14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked full refund on your first month of any paid subscription. To be eligible:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your first payment.
  • This applies to first-time subscribers only.
  • Monthly renewals after the first month are not eligible for this refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us at support@seodapop.com or via the support chat widget.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
  4. Funds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Partial refunds

When you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe prorates charges automatically. If you downgrade or cancel after a renewal, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion based on unused days remaining in the billing cycle.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been suspended or banned for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
