Seodapop complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

Our DMCA agent is registered with the US Copyright Office. Notices must be sent to:

Required elements of a valid notice

Your notice must include:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our platform.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

What happens next

We will review your notice within 2 business days. If it is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly and notify the site owner.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@seodapop.com. The counter-notice must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Seodapop has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

False claims

Be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
